The shaker consists of a sturdy glass and an extra thin-walled mixing cup made of satin stainless steel. Into the glass come the ingredients and the ice. Then carefully invert the metal cup over the glass, the removable sealing ring connects both elements. When everything sits flush, shake the shaker vigorously with both hands. All ingredients should mix well and remain chilled. When the metal cup is misted to the edge of the glass, your cocktail is at the optimal temperature. After shaking, place the shaker with the metal cup down and carefully loosen both parts. Then pour the cocktail through a bar strainer and add mint leaves, pineapple chunks or physalis, depending on the drink.
